Program Vault: your users' money stays on-chain, in their name
Each brand gets its own smart contract. A deposit in USDT or USDC
stays in the user's balance until a card is created or topped up,
and only the wallet that deposited can withdraw it.
Follow one deposit
A card request locks the amount plus the fees on top. The platform
verifies the request and confirms it on-chain, or rejects it; a
rejected or cancelled request returns the full amount to the
balance. Funds are sent to the issuer only when the program needs
them. Every step is a public on-chain event.
Withdrawals never pause
An emergency pause holds new cards and top-ups, never withdrawals.
Rule changes need both signatures
Fees, costs and the issuer of a program change only when the brand
owner and the platform both sign.
The card always gets the full amount
Fees are shown and charged on top. They are never taken out of what reaches the card.
Cards are issued by licensed partner institutions, pursuant to a
license from Visa. Web3Card is a technology provider and does not
hold client funds.
