Issuer Hub: one balance, a network of issuers
Web3Card connects your card program to a growing network of regulated
issuers through a single hub. Your users keep one balance and see only
their cards, and your company can add issuers as the program grows.
How a request travels
Your app sends a request to the Web3Card hub, which delivers it to the
issuer of that program. If an issuer pauses, the request goes back to
the user's balance and the programs on the other issuers keep running.
One balance for every program
The user deposits once. Every card, from any program, is topped up
from that same balance. The issuers stay out of the user's view.
The network keeps growing
Each new issuer joins the hub as a new program, and the programs
already running carry on without interruption.
One identity check for every program
Users verify their identity once, inside your app, and that
verification serves every program in your hub.
The issuers available to your program depend on your plan and your
users' countries, and are confirmed in the proposal. Cards are issued
by licensed partner institutions, pursuant to a license from Visa.
