These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website web3card.dev, its subdomains, and related content (collectively, the "Site"), operated by Web3Card LLC ("Web3Card", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
The Site presents Web3Card's white-label crypto card platform and related services (the "Services"). The Site is informational: it allows you to learn about the Services, review documentation, and register interest through our contact forms. Access to the Services themselves is subject to a separate commercial agreement, identity verification, and program approval, and may not be available in all jurisdictions.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Site. By using the Site you represent that you meet these requirements.
Content on the Site, including pricing, product descriptions, and documentation, is provided for information only and does not constitute an offer, solicitation, or financial, legal, or tax advice. Product features, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. Card products described on the Site are issued under license from Visa by licensed issuing partners and are subject to the issuer's approval and terms.
Digital assets, including stablecoins and project tokens, involve risk. Values can fluctuate, and blockchain transactions are irreversible. Nothing on the Site should be understood as a guarantee of value, return, or performance of any digital asset.
The Site and its content, including text, design, graphics, logos, and documentation, are owned by or licensed to Web3Card and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site content without our prior written consent. Third-party names and logos, including Visa, are property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

The Site may link to or embed third-party services, such as form providers and authentication services. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Web3Card and its officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Web3Card LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site shall be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
